Service Fee: We charge a service fee for chargeback and scam recovery services, which will be disclosed to you at the time of service initiation. These fees are non-refundable.
Recovery Outcome: While we make every effort to assist in the recovery of funds, there is no guarantee of success. The outcome of recovery efforts depends on various factors including the policies of the involved financial institutions, timing, and the availability of supporting evidence.
Client Responsibility: You must report any fraudulent transactions to us promptly and provide all required documentation and cooperation to facilitate the recovery process.

7. Loans Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Loan approval is subject to your financial assessment, creditworthiness, and other eligibility criteria determined by Mock Trust Funds.
Interest Rates and Fees: The interest rates, repayment terms, and any associated fees for loans will be disclosed in the loan agreement. These terms may vary based on the loan amount, term length, and client risk profile.
